I got this just to flex to my friends and it was on sale so why not buy it? This is a lot prettier than the gloomy black ones and not as old fashioned as the reflective steel ones. When I was thinking of buying it I though that the water tank was a bit small because I don't like refilling things. But now that I've used it for a month or so my housekeeper said she doesn't need to refill it that often so I'm glad I was wrong. It's fairly quick at boiling the water for coffee and it works perfectly with the reusable KCup I have. However, if you also like drinking hot chocolate from a Keurig, this unit does not make very impressive hot chocolate. It doesn't get all the hot chocolate powder out of the KCup. Obviously, it gets more of the powder out when you select one of the higher volumes (like 10 fl oz or 12 fl oz) but that dilutes it and makes it watery. I need 8 fl oz of hot chocolate but I want all the powder to be dissolved. Perhaps future models could allow you to adjust the water pressure or something, I'm not sure, that's not my job. But anyways, this makes great coffee, has an awesome color, and it's too big and clunky for smaller kitchens.
