We've had one of these for about 2 years. It works fine. 2 things bother me about the design of this machine though.First, the carafe will pour coffee in your cup, on the counter top, & the floor all at the same time! Seriously when it finishes brewing & the pot is full, if you don't drizzle the coffee into your cup at a painfully slow rate, you'll be mopping up a ridiculous mess. You can't pour the first cup or 2, which arguably are the ones you want to most because you haven't had any coffee yet, with any sort of urgency, or you'll be breaking out the mop & dish cloth. It'll put coffee in your cup & everywhere else all at once.Secondly, why would the front & back of the water reservoir be uneven? Can't we just have a water reservoir that's the same height all the way around? The reservoir lid collects condensation & drips water around unless you flip it in a very particular sequence. I hold one corner of the lid over the open reservoir so that as the condensate rolls out of the lid, it pours into the reservoir. Yes, I know there are aesthetic design feature considerations, but I'd rather have a less round top than a more wet counter top.Other than that it's fine. It's nice to be able to brew a pot at the strength I like, or 1 cup at the strength kuerig thinks is reasonable.
