I have a collection of these patty presses now because I couldn't find one I liked. The first made very wide burgers and it was difficult to find buns to fit. The second was just painful on the hands and difficult to clean.This one, however, is the perfect width, can be used for any thickness of burger up to the rim, easy clean, and stacks up to save room in your kitchen drawer. Brilliant. Very happy. And I am now experimenting with different cheeses in my burgers which seemed like a faff before but this makes it easy. It's definitely the keeper!
