I've had this for a few months now and I love it. I use it just about every day. A lot of the reviews said it was hard to clean and I don't know how absurdly clean they need this thing to be but all the parts that, to me, need cleaning are totally accessible.The other popular complaint seemed to be splattering which absolutely was a thing but for me it all stayed inside the cup. Maybe those reviewers were using an exceptionally short cup, or perhaps without the provided stand.It's extremely simple to use with very few input options. I like a strong cup of coffee so I have admittedly never made a cup without the "bold" setting engaged, but every cup I've had has been very flavorful. I personally especially like that the "hot" setting doesn't come out scalding. I like to be able to drink my coffee soon after it's made. The cold brew setting is great and usually my go to. It comes out warm if you don't mind it that way but it's still cool enough that added ice cubes don't immediately melt.Overall a great product and excellent for the money I paid.
