My S&W .38 Flyweight fits perfectly. The holster is very lightweight, flexible and comfortable. It can be worn in any position on your belt - cross draw, back, etc. On first look I was concerned about the stitching but it has held up well through heavy use during back country or night hikes in the wilderness.
