The instructions cared more about being printed in another language than giving, clear and concise directions. A lot of under/over filing insued with big messes to clean up. It would make a lot of people happy if they would do that and tell us what size filters to buy. But eventually, coffee came out great-Training others to make coffee will not bePhoto shows unit with 3 coffee pots. Sadly, it has none??? Very disappointing and $60 for the Bunn pots which I had to order after receiving the unit. Unit overpriced to not have pots included. Not a happy camper and now a victim of "gotch-ya deceptive product photo in ad. BEWAREI make two to three pots of coffee a day. I also make two gallons of sweet tea a day for my family. This coffee pot I can make three pots one after the other and hardly spend time in the kitchen. My son bought a house and I purchased this for his house warming gift. We also heat water for indian noodles daily and don't use our microwave near as often.We absolutely love this new coffee maker! We had an older version of the same one for many years and when it finally gave out recently, we opted to replace with the same thing. We have classes of 30 to 45 students for 2 weeks of each month and this little gem is a lifesaver, for sure. We highly recommend this unit and will get another one when we expand to many more classes in the future.This has been a great item for our Sunday morning coffee. Easy to use. And with the warmers around the front it is handy to reach. Only issue is if someone doesn’t turn the warmers off after use. So user error.This arrived quickly and was what I expected. It is great for making coffee for meetings/gatherings so you don’t run out and have to wait for the next pot. Be sure to order the carafes - they are not included with the machine. I highly recommend this coffee maker.They needed a coffee machine for their business and I love that one thank youWe use this on an akwardly shaped counter for our business. It takes a little amount of space. For the volume of traffic we recieve in the morning it was a great addition. My only complaint is that I camt really tell where the water level in the machine is due to no glass window to view. My first time filling I overflowed it, other than that great value for your money. If you sell your coffee for at least 1.90 a cup and sell 30+ cups a day you'll make your money back in like 10 or 11 days after that, basically profit.Nothing wrong with product just decided to go a different route with a self hookup
