The handle was damage and my time had lapse to request a new handleTasty popcorn.Love using it for when grandkids come over on weekendsWorks well, popcorn comes out good. Slow to assemble with some confusing directions. Also a few of the pieces arrived slightly damaged. A few small dents, bends, and chips in the paint. Not caused during shipping as the box was intact. Better QC would be in order. A bit tedious to clean.The popcorn maker came dented , not a big issue but still it was dented . The instructions were not the best to follow . It is cute though I do like it .Works great. Comes with all instructions. My wife absolutely loves the popcorn it produces and I'm a fan as well. The smell of fresh popping popcorn is amazing, just like im the theaters. Instructions for stand assy could have more detail, thats my only negative.
