As someone who doesn't like to go a day without ice cream, it's a struggle for me to reduce sugar and also avoid dairy. Yonanas to the rescue! So glad I discovered this amazing little appliance to get my 'ice cream' fix each day. While I don't love bananas, it's true that the flavor of the bananas is not strong like I expected. I mix in peaches, blueberries, strawberries and even small cubes of frozen Greek yogurt to make a great variety of flavors. It's so simple to use in addition to being quiet and easy to clean (just disassemble and pop into the dishwasher top rack). Best thing I've ever bought!
