It’s very sturdily cast aluminum alloy that won’t dent and deform, so you get reliable, evenly shaped results every time. It’s super easy to clean, which I prefer to wash by hand to extend the performance. Beyond the obvious use of cutting donuts, it’s also awesome for using as a decorative cutter. I can cut out donut shaped pieces from sheet cakes and brownies and depending on your cookie dough, it could probably work for that, too. This is a fun, useful item to add to the baking arsenal!
