This is a great little invention if you want to make the occassional pasta (or sausage). If you're serious in the kitchen, perhaps this is not the product for you... you could go for some more traditional pasta attachments or machines. Still, if your budget is tight, this is a great little invention.You'll need to work your recipe out and play with it to get the texture right. Oh, and by the way, I hope you can read Chinese. Because EVERYTHING is in Chinese. So yeah, there's that.Still, it's not rocket science. You'll figure it out. And when you do, this will be a fun wayto make dinner. If you have kids, this'll definitely help get them interested in cooking.Overall, this is a fun product. A little on the novelty side but still practical. Imagine the pastabilities! (Sorry.
