I've owned and used this machine for 6 or 7 years. It's the best machine to roll many cigarettes very fast. It's not the most durable but it usually will last me a few years before it breaks. The top will usually break off first but can still be used efficiently. My wife rolls cigarettes as well and she hates this machine because she doesn't make sure the slots are evenly filled first before closing the lid. She's uses a single roller and has went through about every brand and type and they always break way before this one does. Since it rolls 3 at a time. You can really put out a lot of cigarettes. Very fast. It's a little harder to pull back than a single roller but when you can roll a pack of cigarettes in less than 5 min. Compared to 10 to 15 minutes. Best value and once you get the hang of this machine. It seems pointless to roll one at a time.
