This is the second time I've purchased this mix; the first time was from a Trader Joe's store. It's easy to make, the directions are very clear. I made it with water as per the directions the first time. The second time (2-3 meals worth of mix) I made it with milk and the pancakes puffed up so fluffy I was really surprised. It's never been not delicious. It's great with fruit-flavored syrups - coconut or guava are nice options - but it's also amazing with maple syrup.
