You get a small motor, propeller, bottle holder, cone and small parts to put it all together. You can build this in under 3 minutes, 5-10 if you have a very excited toddler "helping" you.No bottle or batteries included, so buy those in advance. Bottle should not be larger than 1.25 litre. All in all the finished product is satisfying to watch and to kids who watched it all come together and helped its even more amazing. That said, I bought this kit for under $17.42 for this kit and I recommend you don't pay more for it because its really not worth more.Gifted for my nephew who adores weather stuff. Took a long time to arrive, shipped from Europe I think.. a simple toy that makes a vortexWith the help of an adult this product is exciting and my grandson loves it.Total waste of money and effort. Came broken and it is very cheaply made. This is all my 6 year old wanted for Christmas and it doesn't even workMy six year old Grandson has a fantastic obsession with tornadoes and I found this product whilst searching Amazon for ideas. I presumed that this would hold his interest for a few minutes but he is engrossed by it and building scenes around it (using toy figures, drawing road maps, toy cars etc). Very happy Grandad & Nanny ( He's like a whirling dervish when he visits us so this keeps him occupied).BROUGHT THIS FOR MY CHILD WHO IS OBSESSED WITH TORNADOS. EXCELLENT. WE CUT THE TOP OF A 2 LITRE COKE BOTTLE AND SCREWED IN IN THE ASE. HE LOVES DROPPING THINGS INSIDE IT AND WATCHING IT WHIZZ ROUND AND SUCK THINGS DOWN AND THROW BACK UP.. HIGHLEY RECOMMEND.IT ALSO MAKES A SUCKING NOISE WHICH IS BRILLIANT FOR KIDS TO LISTEN TOO. A SIMPLE TOY WHICH WILL AMUSE CHILDREN FOR HOURS.YOU CAN ADD FOOD COLOURING TO IT TO WATCH THE FLOW OF WATER EVEN BETTER. VERY EDUCATIONAL FOR ALL AGES.HOWEVER VERY YOUNG CHILDREN SHOUD BE SUPERVISED .my autistic son is fascinated with tornadoes. this was perfect for him and he loves the science behind it and watching the water moveBought this as a christmas present for a 5 year old who is obsessed with tornados, it didn't disappoint. We loved how easy it was to get going with it and he spent ages playing with it before phoning family members to show it off to them. After quite a bit of use on the first day, one of the plastic connections broke, which meant it was a bit wobbly and started to leak a very small amount. Contacted the supplier who very kindly replaced the item immediately without question. Three weeks on and it's still loved and being used regulary. My daughter was very disappointed on Christmas Day as this product was discovered to be faulty. Unfortunately the propeller would not stay attached to the motor spindle which renders the product entirely unusable. Have returned for a refund.
