This is my first time making nut—or dairy-free milk of any kind. I'm glad I could find recipes through this brand that work proportionally with this machine. I had no idea it was this easy. The only issue I had was that I don't usually carry all the ingredients on hand in my pantry, but all ingredients are readily available from my local grocery store. What surprised me the most was how fast it was to make dairy-free milk. My first try at pecan milk took about three minutes from start to finish.
