Update: The company went out of their way, above and beyond, to send me a new rain stick and even refunded the old one. This one is just fine and looks beautiful. I’m using it for a children’s Sabbath school class for pre-kindergarten age; studying Noah’s ark so this will be the rain enhancement. Thanks so much for taking care of the issue!——Received the painted 32" rain stick. The sound was beautiful, but the beads get stuck about halfway down. I have to tap it on the ground or shake it for it to complete its job. That's just no good. Sent back.QualityThe painting is exquisite and the sound so relaxing. Hopefully it will bring rain to drought stricken Kansas!I wanted to update my review for the rain stick I purchased, I do love the stick, it's beautifully made and I do love the sound, however the pegs do poke out of the stick which doesn't make holding it very nice. But I must say I am very pleased with the customer service, they saw I was not happy with the stick and without me asking, refunded my money in full. I plan on using that money to purchase another one from same company, as they said in the letter that it is highly unusual for the pegs to come out like that, soooooo considering shipping and the way of the world right now, I am giving them another chance and purchasing another rain stick......I bought this after having a massage in which the masseuse used a rain stick to create a very authentic relaxing rain fall sound with the music. This rain stick gives me a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. It I well made and authentic appealing. I love the sound! I just need an automatic turner for it!!!Purchase this for my sound bath business. Really like the length. Some of the nails stick out a little on the bamboo tube. The end cap on one end was loose when I received it and I have tried to glue it & stabilize it.
