It was as good as expected. I own a few mini dash products. Love them all.Because it's used, it hadn't been cleaned, but I can do that. The waffle maker is great but it’s much smaller than you think it is. It worked out perfectly to make mini ice cream bowlsI got this on a whim, but it's incredibly easy to use. I rcommend using chop sticks to remove the bowls as they can get stuck to the top heater. But other than that it's great! It makes waffle bowls, but please use a drying rack. I didn't use one my first time around and the bottom of the bowls got incredibly soggy in about 2-3 minutes during cooling.tldr - it's dope and makes great waffle bowls. 9.27/10My granddaughter (14) is in love with these mini-appliances. I bought this to use primarily as an ice cream bowl. The Dash Mini Waffle Bowl Maker was easy to use. I made regular pancake mix, added a little sugar, and some vanilla. I sprayed the bowl with a bit of cooking spray and used a scant 1/4 of batter. There is no timer, but I just checked every minute or so to see if the top would open. When the waffle bowl was done, the top lifted easily. It was not as easy to get it out, but I had a small spatula that did the trick.Pluses - easy to use, kid pleaser, easy to clean up, fast, small and easy to tuck in a cupboard, does not take a lot of spaceMinuses - bowl is not crisp, can be challenging to get it out (not that difficult though)I would, and will, buy this again. ItWorks great, easy to use and clean! You can obviously use batter, but I am super lazy and wanted something less messy. I used a small flour tortilla and cut one line halfway across the tortilla so that I could curve it into a slight cone. Pinch the edge and stick it in the bowl maker and let it toast! Works great with low carb tortillas.Fast crispy bread bowl: cut the crusts off a slice of bread, gently smush the slice into the bowl cavity, try not to tear any holes in it, but if you do you can use another slice to patch it. I used some carbmaster bread and they came out toasty and held together well. Let it toast, then pull it out and fill with whatever. Blueberries and cream, scrambled eggs and cheese, sausage crumbles and marinara, etc!Easy to use and clean, I followed a recipe from the little book that was introduced. I dont have ice cream offen enough but I save the rest in a food box container and it last me a long time.Nice little machine and great for making little waffle bowels. I made Chocolate Chaffle bowels which we filled with icecream and created our own strawberry sunday. A little time consuming as each bowel required about 5-6 minutes cooking time.Es pequeña pero super eficiente, no se tardan en cocinarse y lo que me encanta es que no se le pegan. Yo no sé cocinar mucho y la verdad me quedaron bien ricos. Comprenla!for the money this is great just be carful not to forget it is plugged in as most dash makers have no auto shut off, I just use a small timer and no problem, but if you get distracted do not count on it shutting off itself and kids and adults alike could do thatI bought this for my mother in law as she likes to make ice cream for the grandkids. They had a great time making waffle bowls. My in-laws plan to use it for tortilla bowls in the future.Highly adaptable for Ketovore chaffle/ paffle recipes. Can't wait to try for mini quiche crust bases.
