You have have the ability to get a loan or to purchase an actual name brand or American made machine, do it. This machine straight out of the box had a misaligned door so it doesn’t sit flush with the machine. I have to adjust the seal in between uses to prevent leaks. The door is plastic which I didn’t think was a huge deal until now. I purchased this machine back in May so it’s been a solid 3 months now using it and the door has small cracks where the lock puts pressure on the door. It has a little metal plate to prevent damage but it’s still enough pressure to cause the cracks. It does freeze properly and it mixes the product sufficiently. Basically, it does its’ job but who knows for how long before needing a new door. I would only recommend this machine as a start up in order to get money to purchase a better one.
