Ok use outside the box and not on a circut style machine. I'm cutting into sizes to fit my die cutting machines and to help as shims for embossing folders that are very thick. And also cut to fit specific other needs with adhesives that help secure projects in place while being tricky to keep in place. I also remove the adhesive tacky stuff. I do not want that for some of my uses. Other times I do. So I cut and snip and remove adhesion qualities at will. I also have a now over 11 year old Pazzle Inspiration machine. Just never grew into it. Today they all do so much more and probably I should upgrade and will one of these days. But not sure if I want to go with a brother scan and cut or stay with do your own digitizing circut type machines. It's a toss up at this time. Brother can be very limited in size of projects. But these mats are great repurposed for my needs. Also I have a Diamond Press and attempting to find products that don't warp when used as cutting plates in it. This paired with another slightly thicker product matches the folders for the Diamond Press machine spot on. So have hopes these won't warp as bad. I cut the to fit but haven't tried them yet. I will buy more as needed and I will need more. I have Spellbinders Platinum 8.5 and 6 machines, Sizzix electric die cutting machine, A Tim Holtz sidekick, the Dimond Press and what I condiser a horrible Gemini another electric. I seem to like manual machines best.
