My first time using this mix, did not disappoint. I added buttermilk and they came out really fluffy. Also a little vanilla; because it’s what I use when I make homemade pancakes. Really easy mix to use. Will buy again.Easy to make. I just stir 1/2 cup mix and alittle over 1/3 cup water til well-blended. It makes 2 delicious pancakes, which is enough for me since I live alone. I like the fact that this pancake mix is organic. This is the second time I have ordered this pancake mix. This time, I doubled the order. I will continue ordering this pancake mix in the future. I love these pancakes and so easy to make.No complaints about taste and they were nice and fluffy. I liked that these were Organic and whole grain.This mix is so good. It doesn't make my stomach feel heavy like wheat-based waffle mixes. It has a rich hearty flavor.I love these so much. They are so fluffy. I bought a six pack, kept three and gave three to my newlywed son and his wife.I love that these are organic and all I have to do is add water. I don't even measure I just pour into a cup and add water and a little bit of cocoa and stir till I get the consistency of a thick milkshake. I put in those mini waffle makers and then add strawberries and whip cream, and he loves them. I just throw away the cup and am done. I would imagine adding more water for a thinner consistency for pancakes.I only used Waffle House brand mix, prior to this purchase, but this is a great substitute when I can't get the WH brand. I really like it.The convenience and perfection of this mix allows breakfast for dinner in 5 minutes. I stir the pancake batter, place 3 pieces of bacon on the microwave cooking platter for 5 minutes and pour batter in warm skillet, flip pancakes within a couple of minutes and remove in a couple minutes more. Crack a couple of eggs in now empty still warm skillet and breakfast done in 5 minutes.The best pancake and we are settling for this brand now.
