Overall I like the unit. The material construction is what drew me to the item and the nice inlay for tostonis.My issues with it is in usability , the item could be less cumbersome with a few small design changes . I understand the reasoning for the backwards handle press but this also makes it more cumbersome. The sloppiness of the hinging is really the downer.Having said all of that - this unit for the price I think is worth it - at least for the effort in working it - it is very durable.
