I can't remember where I first learned about Yonanas. I was obsessed as soon as I found it. I started looking for recipes and tips long before I even purchased my machine. When I did get the machine, I was excited. I had already frozen a couple bananas. I usually have a very hard time getting my daughter to eat fruit and vegetables. She immediately wanted to try "ice cream with bananas". She loved it. Next, we bought a frozen berry blend and tried that. She loved that even more. The next time we used the machine, we used the berry blend with some banana mixed in to cut the sourness. She ate 2 huge cups. We have not tried any other recipes, but are excited to see what else we can create. The only gripes are that it is very noisy and sometimes you have to use a bit of force to get the fruit through the machine if it's not thawed enough. However, it will be too mushy or liquid if you let it thaw too much.
