After reading reviews prior to purchase it seemed to be a 50/50 shot at working as intended but we were in need of a dual coffee station with a blended family. We purchased this in May 2021 and by March of 2022 the r/h side of coffee maker ceased to work...just as many have expressed in reviews. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to update that for at least a year it was the perfect coffee solution. Currently the l/h side is a very slow drip, up to 40 min to brew 4 cups which brings me back to Amazon to find a different solution.Purchased this for my church for serving coffee on Sunday mornings. We were using a large 40 cup metal percolating urn. Now that we have had a chance to use it a few weeks the coffee making and clean up groups absolutely love this product. The two separate tanks are extremely easy to read the water level. The filter holders open extremely easy with just a touch of a button. One of the ladies who makes the coffee is older and has weak hands. Her comment is even I can make coffee now with no problem.The lack of programming and auto shut off is not an issue for me. We just keep an eye on the coffee level and after church the coffee service is cleaned up almost immediately. So far we are loving this dual carafe coffee maker. I will update if we have any problems with the machine. Highly recommend purchasing. Quality machine, well built, easy to use, and makes coffee fairly fast.This is the BEST dual coffeemaker I could find. Well constructed and easy to use and clean. We use it every day.I like the product it was great. The spring loaded piece , on one side, that meets the glass container broke. where do get a replacementbought this less then 2 years ago. use 1 side more than the other. less than 2 years and it has died.... but do love the dual potsI was excited about this new coffee maker but disappointed on it showing up and seeing both coffee pots that are damagedWe purchased this CucinaPro Double Coffee Brewer Station to replace a 17-year old Krups dual pot model (one side stopped turning on). Sadly, Krups no longer makes a dual pot coffee maker, and short of buying a commercial Bunn model, the CucinaPro was one of our only choices - need one side for coffee and one for hot tea. The CucinaPro is performing well so far (we've had it about 2 weeks). Pots slide easily in and out from the heating base without causing excess dripping from the brewing basket. We have learned to line the basket with a #4 paper liner then insert the plastic coffee grounds holder...there is definitely risk of over-spill of water, but not a huge issue for us. We're happy with the strength of the coffee being brewed.Sturdy Product. Very durable. Brewing works quickly. Will not automatically turn off unless buttons are pressed. If you're a person who loads alot of coffee (near the top) in the tray area-for heavy caffeine consumption, it can sometimes overflow with grounds. (not an product error- more of a user error) If you load your coffee with mid level or just a couple of scoops, this will be perfect for you. The carafes are very strong and heavy duty-very impressed. Water flows in area where it's easy to pour. Water levels (on front of the brewer) work well. Worth the money.
