It took a little for me to "get the hang" of it. The secret is to not overfill the pockets. But it works very well, and I had never made these before. I laid them out on parchment paper and froze them, then bagged the for the freezer. Great side dish with a meal. I would recommend that you make a large batch at one time since they freeze so well.
