I may be the only one who didn’t know this… but I was very guilty of throwing out my cricut mats whenever they lost their stick (usually after a bunch of use with cardstock). I love these as a suitable replacement for slightly less price than the cricut brand ones. Turns out you can actually wash the mats when they lose their stick and IT COMES BACK! Just let it air dry & they are new again! My mats have lasted 5x longer with this trick.Great deal for the money. I have used it a few times and no problems with it not sticking. Works just as good as name brand.Best boards I have ever usedI bought my cricut and their mats used so the mats had seen some better days. So I ordered these and they are absolutely amazing. They do seem to cut a little easier than the name brand cricut mats but for bang for your buck they are awesome!!I love these! You will not be disappointed. The only complaint I have is the top clear protective cover is easily torn if taken off too quickly. Go slower and you’ll be fine.I definitely love these mats, I got the set of 3: light, standard, and heavy. I got them for my cricut maker 3 since I didn't get all the smart Vinyls, I still use the regular vinyls so it's easier to make cuts with. It's definitely sticky enough for all 3 mats.So glad I found these! Way better than cricut mats! Will definitely buy again!I bought these mats and I love them. These mats are fantastic. The stick is perfect and they're really durable. First thing I noticed was they're slimmer (in thickness) than the brand name mats. Because of that, I did a test cut to make sure my blade pressure settings were going to get the same results as usual (they did!) Due to that test, I found out my cuts were a bit off. Looking further, I discovered the mat is 3/4" shorter than the brand 24" mat. The printed squares are about 1/8th of an inch closer to the top of the mat (by top, I mean the end with the hole you can hang them from) and about half an inch from the bottom. Bonus that both ends of the mat start at zero! It's not a big deal to make the quick adjustment before sending them through. I'm so happy to have three new mats at an affordable cost.I am very pleased with the strong grip cutting mats. Originally got a package with the various materials from strong to gentle grip. The weaker ones lost their adhesion and one actually cracked (lightest one) so could not be used, as always pulled crooked when trying to cut. By only using the strong grip ones, my projects have never cut incorrectly, the mat has never moved in the machine. Would recommend this choice to anyone that used card storm and poster board a lot like I do. Even thin vinyl is better on the strong grip mats.I don't find a difference in adhesion between each of these products. I also find that the glue is gummy and my knife bits actually get a lot of residue on them after a few projects and need to be cleaned. But if you're an occasional crafter or just using them for personal projects, I think they are worth it to save a few bucks. Most things like chipboard that need the strong grip need to be taped down with painters tape anyway. Worked for me with chipboard and painters tape.Love these — I’m never going back to Cricut brand. They’re slightly thinner than Cricut but it’s never given me any issues. My only complaint is that - as a Canadian - I struggle with the measurements being limited on the mat — they only have inches not cm.Otherwise perfect and I’ll overlook it considering all of the $ I’m saving on these. Will definitely be purchasing again!I am used to mats that have the same amount of “dead” space at the ends so I didn't even notice that these aren't centred properly. So I wasted a huge project because it dropped too low at beginning, which threw off the whole cut and then off the mat at the end. Waste of money waste of time.
