Love on off button.Pops bigger than my last machine I bought 30 years ago.I eat white popcorn everyday. I spray a bit of liquid butter onto the hot popcorn. I don't use salt. I "warm" machine for 2 minutes. I use a funnel to add popcorn to running machine. I'm only disappointed instructions state to turn machine off for x amount of minutes if you want to pop another batch. I always pop 2 batches. I use a large tin Container that originally contained the high calorie Xmas Popcorn Tins at Walmart. I wait till after Xmas when it's half price. I throw the salty popcorn away, ***except the carmel****. Yummy..I loved the chart included about the correct size of the kernel to buy. Thank goodness my Jolly White Popcorn is the correct size. 30 years ago a machine costs $10. I'm extremely happy with product.I have looked everywhere for a simple hot air popper...not the microwave ones as they just are not the same. This one is not too big, pops the popcorn perfectly without a lot of unpopped corn AND has an on and off switch (which is not common). Really happy with this choice and loving my hot air popcorn again. Just can't pay $6 a bag for it in the grocery stores any longer! Awesome product!There are 2 of us so we only make a 1/2 batch. There are more unpopped kernels in a small batch but we found a workaround. We save the unpopped kernels for the next batch. Fill the cup 1/2 way with new popcorn, pour in the old ones with it and we get a better yield and about the same number of unpopped ones to be carried forwarded.Simply wipe down, plug in and go. Did you know that heat as much as smoke sets fire alarms off? So, even if it's your only socket in the kitchen don't use near alarms. Unless you enjoy the screeching serenade. But as we don't use butter on ours, our popper is amazingly easy to clean. Also, use larger kernels for air poppers. Little or medium ones just blow out unpopped.This is our second hot air popper of this design, but not this brand. No real complaints - the clear plastic top has two little tabs on it that have to line up, and insert into, the base to secure which makes it a little wonky. Other that that, it's a hot air popper for $25, and it works, so I'm good!First, the product works as advertised. I've timed it out and it takes about 3.5 minutes from start to finish. The device appears to be well made and the process is simple.My qualm is with how messy the process is. Initially, I thought I would make smaller loads of popcorn (since I'm on a diet - which is why I got the device in the first place). However, if you only put a tablespoon or so of popcorn in the device, the kernels all fly out of the device without popping. (And I do mean ALL. And they fly everywhichwhere). After some experimentation, I realized I had to put in about 2-3 tablespoons of kernels. For some reason, this seems to weigh the kernels down and they do not fly out of the machine unpopped.Even so, when the device successfully pops all the kernels it's still pretty messy. A few kernels fly out and they can end up anywhere. And the popcorn occasionally decides to "leave the building" so to speak. This may be true of all air poppers, I don't know. I've taken to putting the (large) bowl in the sink so that any flying popcorn is easy -- well, easier -- to corral. I just wanted to give you all a heads up. It most definitely works -- but it's not pretty.This worked really well for about 6 months or so, it stopped popping as many kernels and then today (9/16/2022) it blew my fuse and is dead. I guess I got my moneys worth for having it for 1.5 years. I won’t buy it again and will just use paper bags to pop my corn.So cute! No more oils and pots on the stove. Perfect for me! Tried it. Love it! Love the recipe book on how to spice it up. Gives you a great amount of popcorn. Almost every cornel popped. Better than on the stove. Love it! In my tiny kitchen, it fits perfect! Let's go NFL popcorn watching!!As far as popping corn goes, this works excellent, and I like the measuring cup that doubles as a heating cup for butter. It is fast, and the shape of the top cover funnels the popped corn easily into a bowl. The problem is the top cover design where it is attached to the appliance on both sides with tiny teeth that has to fit precisely into the groove of the appliance. They are so small that it takes me up to 10 minutes to fit it in both sides correctly. It is a very weird design and the plastic teeth are not strong and can break easily if you attempt to force fit the cover onto the top. Most kernels just flew out during popping and the rest just sat in the popper burning.Es buena, tiene la ventaja de que con su taza medidora, puedes hacer suficientes palomitas para 3 ó 4 personas y la misma taza sirve para derretir mantequilla y añadirles sabor (y calorías también jeje).Lo que no me gustó es que, al hacer la mitad de su taza medidora, los granos saltan tanto del contenedor (funciona a base de aire muy caliente que envía hacia arriba de un tubo de lo que parece ser aluminio) que muchos terminan por salir del aparato y por lo tanto no logran explotar. Esto lo hace un poco peor cuando quieres regresarlos (uno por uno por el tamaño), ya que están tan calientes, que terminas por quemarte y esto hace que sea un poco frustrante la idea de que no se desperdicien tantos granos.En términos generales, estoy muy contento con la máquina de palomitas y sí la recomendaría para su compra.
