I don’t know what took me so long to order this! These ravioli stamps are amazing! They are so easy to use! I love everything about this set! After the dough is rolled out, whether it be by hand or your pasta roller, I flour the surface, Lay my first sheet down, and on that sheet, I use cookie cutters that are just slightly larger than the stampers and cut them out on both sheets. I then place filling that it is not going to run through the sides. I’ve done take the other sheet place it over and stamp it. If you press enough, the stamp will go right through and you can lift the remaining dough over the ravioli cutter. I thought it would be time-consuming, but it actually isn’t. I take the remaining dough and make extras. If there is not much left of the dough, I just use the circle cuddle which is a slight bit smaller. I found I didn’t have to dip the stamper in flour because it cut easily for me, but you can if you so choose. Next time I make ravioli. I will do a short video the size the shape.I thought these would be cheaply made, but they’re actually very durable. The size is perfect. Definitely worth every penny.
