The features of this product are perfect. Attached to an 880Z copier, the sorter (I have another) does an incredible job. Unfortunately after 2 years my sorter malfunctioned and I had to order another (this one). I am terribly disappointed it came in this condition especially after spending so much om it. I have had it for 2 months and the seller sent someone out to look at it with regard to fixing it. No word back since the visit and it is still sitting in our office hallway.
