Get this one because it comes with the little round dough-cutters. You can improve performance by placing screws in the rotational centers of the outside of the rollers and tying them with wire. All in all it really works. Making pierogies (or dumplings/gyoza you do you mate) is labor intensive but this makes things a good deal easier.
