I've tried several kinds and this is the best I've found. Just fill it to the line, put on the top, tip out any overflow water and freeze. These are very easy to use. I use ice balls to make instant cold drinks. Some people says that it's difficult to remove an ice ball from the mold. You need to squeeze the lid and tap the side of the mold 360 degree as you remove the ice ball. One thing I noticed was the lids had stains so I washed them with dish soap, but the stains didn't come out. Oh well, but it is clean.Pros:- It does work, and they’re pretty easy to release as long as you don’t overfill it.- They’re attractive in my freezer.Cons:- You really need to buy a separate funnel if you plan on using it with anything other than a tiny stream of water from the faucet, otherwise it creates an air bubble and liquid won’t go in at all.- As the other reviewer mentioned, there’s a visible seam, but that’s to be expected for the price.Overall I would buy it again and recommend it, just keep the above in mind!easy to use, just be certain you really need a cube this large! There's are not worth your money to buy. They break after not even 2 monthsI've tried a number of spherical ice ball forms in the past and most of them have various issues primarily related to leaking (from the seam) before the ice has formed. This one fills easily and then makes a very nice ice sphere. The top is readily removed and ice sphere takes a mild amount of effort to remove but then you have a perfectly spherical ice ball. There is no leakage and these are easy to use.Pour water into the molds (2). Freeze overnight. To remove the ice from each mold run some cold water over the outside of mold, pull the 2 pieces apart and you have a 2.4-inch diameter ice cube. It looks so much better in a whiskey/bourbon glass than regular ice cubes. It also tells your guests you care about them. I would recommend these. Good price too. You can buy several.Once I finally watched the video of how to use these ice molds the ice came out great! Yes, there is a seam & yes, the ice can be cloudy, but neither of those things bother me. You do not need a funnel w/ this mold, and if you let it sit for a few minutes or run it under lukewarm water before taking the ice out, it makes it much simpler. I'm planning on getting the other colors to have some extra on hand.
