I thought this was 'The Prismo' but it appears it is actually a knock off. I now own both the original and the knock-off and by golly, I prefer the knock off. The Fityle unit actually fits/seats better to my Aeropress without a lot of effort. The original version is very hard to tighten and I occasionally get some leakage around the edges. I don't get crema per se with either attachment but I do get a great infusion of air with this one that pretends to both sound like an espresso maker and gives me some foam initially. I have never achieved foam with the original Prismo. The Fityle also comes apart easier to clean. I have to fight a little to dig the filter out of the original Prismo. The Fityle comes with 3 extra valves in the box. There are no extra valves with the original Prismo.Both attachments press a great cup of coffee with no need for paper filters. Both offer the same great options for non-inverted brewing, hot or cold. If you are a fan of Aeropress, this is a great accessory.
