OMG! This adapter is incredible. With this adapter and a popsicle stick you can use anything that fits into the adapter’s well. Now I have the freedom to use any marking device my heart desires! Goodbye expensive Cricut dictatorship. It was a little difficult getting the adapter seated perfectly in the housing, but now I never have to touch the adapter housing clamp again. Just fantastic!Helpful hints: I accidentally pushed the whole writing apparatus down when inserting the adapter. Restarting the Cricut before writing with it will return it to its proper position.Also, I use a regular popsicle stick, which is a hair thinner, rather than the cute one that comes with the adapter because it is easier to use and it is a hair thinner and seems to give perfect contact between pen/marker and paper.Also, for best results load your pen/marker after loading your mat.
