This roast will contain the full beans natural flavors. Medium if you like to curve the acidity and allow a little roast flavor, while still enjoying notes of the coffee bean. Bold will further reduce the acidity starting to bring the cocoa flavor along with fading notes of the bright bean and some oily beans will appear. Dark will fully bring the smokiness of the roast and the oil presence of the bean will be noticeable. Choose your Grind Size. Whole bean - if you have your own grinder.
