CAUTION!!! Top edge of metal over the heating elements is extremely sharp. Was just wiping around the top edge and the cleaning rag snagged on a little bit of sticky sugar, folded under leaving the finger of human flesh venerable for sliding against the top razor edge of metal. It cut so fast and deep, I had a hard time getting finger too stop bleeding. Also for this product being taylored for kids and as hot as that element gets, there is no safty features to shut it off if it gets tipped over. One more issue we had is if you dont get the twisting of the stick correctly and the webbed sugar gets sucked down and makes contact with the element, "instant mini mushroom flame". Not only fills a small kitchen with a bunt sugar smell of smoke, but also gets into the webbing of the candy piece your working on and make it taste like burnt sugar. Wasnt expecting a lot from this product and still got disappointmented.I spent most of the time cleaning the product. I guess it’s one of those “get what you pay for” type things. In all fairness, I’ve tried several and they’re all about the same.1st off.....This product is a bait and switch, because of the reviews. This seller should be banned for this stunt.I ordered the cotton candy machine that is show, because it had 5 star reviews. Had i have scrolled down to read the reviews, I would have noticed that the reviews were not for this product!Got the product, in a brown box, not even a store display box. Didn't come with any samples to get started, no big deal. This product is junk. Tried it several times and the machine would just shut off.All the reviews are for freaking SOUR CREAM... not even the cotton candy machine.Do not waste your money on this product. It's the worst thing I've ever bought on AMAZON. Return and complaint of seller filed with amazon!I got this for my daughter’s birthday party and it was extremely difficult to use. It started burning as soon as we put the cotton candy mix in. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a reliable machine.Produced very little cotton candy, then when the power was on it would stop spinning, and made no more cotton candy. I returned the product.The machine came missing the most important piece , the hot plate . it looks it’s been used it didn’t come in it’s original boxHow could you sell this knowing that it didn’t work and the packaging was poorly done I’m very disappointed
