What a great crepe pan. I received this pan not to long ago and it has been fantastic. I use it along with a portable induction cook top. The heat stays even and the clean up is easy. Nothing sticks to this pan as of yet. I mostly use it to cook eggs, hamburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, ect. I don't like using my stove to cook because clean up is hard as I have a black stove and they are hard to clean and keep looking nice and shiny. Only issue I had was the crepe spreader that came with the pan was missing the wooden handle. Lol. I don't know if I would have used the spreader ever, but if I need to, I found a straw that would fit into the opening. Don't hesitate on making this purchase.
